We do not offer returns or refunds for opened products.

However, if there are genuine cases of damage, leakage, missing or wrong delivery of the products, that will be taken into account and will be duly replaced. The product should be intact with the original packaging material and invoice. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
