Domestic Shipping
Estimated delivery within 7-14 business days. Order deliveries will be made between 10 am - 5 pm Monday - Saturday.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. You can track your order's progress on the carrier's website.
Delivery Confirmation
A signature may be required for some deliveries. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the specified delivery address.
Changes to Orders

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at eriu.care@gmail.com within 48 hours after your expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and get a replacement to you as soon as possible.
